Denise gets a 9-1-1 call from a kid who says he’s in a car and his mom needs help. The boy says his name is Taylor, but the phone disconnects before Denise can get any other information. Denise tells her supervisor about it, but he dismisses it as a prank. Any experienced dispatcher, especially a supervisor, should be concerned about a call like that. Regardless of whether or not he took it seriously, they have no location for the read boy and no answer on call back. The boy finally calls 9-1-1 again and tells them that he’s in a field, which doesn’t help much.

Administrators use pesticides and antibiotics to fight these problems but the fish absorb them and pass them on to us. Plus, because there is no natural food chain, many of these species have little omega 3 content in them.

Cognitive dysfunction stepped in and took over my life yet again. It’s like an unwelcome guest that shows up without warning, takes over your home and life, creates havoc and refuses to leave until it’s ready. I know my life is not my own until my functioning returns to an acceptable level, and that the ride ahead is going to be a bumpy one.

So, obviously I’m slower than everybody else. I don’t exactly fit into your typical office or work setting because of my brain injury; although, I do look like your average Joe on the street.
